| Our firm aims to provide high quality services and facilities to international clientele including multinational families, entities and their advisors.
Our services include forming and administering companies, trusts and a beneficial new Israeli structure enacted in 2006 - the trust owned vehicle (TOV). In brief, a TOV may enjoy complete exemption from Israeli tax and reporting obligations on non-Israeli source income if the TOV is established by, or for, the benefit of non-Israeli residents. We have much experience in international legal and tax matters. We are headquartered in Israel but travel and communicate with clients, colleagues and contacts around the world and around the clock. Our work ethos is to provide efficient personal service and to monitor and discuss changes in tax laws and family circumstances as needed. |
